How We Do It

Here at Grosvenor Search we focus on finding the right professional for our clients;

by this we mean that we work in partnership with our clients to ensure that the professionals we present to them ‘fit’ with the organisations’ culture as well as having on point competencies and relevant experience.

We are able to adopt varying methodologies depending what the clients needs are and what is most effective for them.
We operate a search model which means our consultants along with our research team identify potential candidates for our clients and approach them directly. We realise that the best candidates for a role are usually not actively looking for work and as such will need to be approached and done so in a way that honestly presents why our clients are attractive prospects for them to build a career with.
